Refund policy

We offer seven days return/cashback and lifetime exchange subject to the following terms and condition:

  • All shipping costs for returns, exchanges, and cashbacks must be borne by the customer.
  • Our quality assurance department will examine the returned item after receiving it. Items that show signs of wear, change or are damaged cannot be returned or refunded.
  • For all returns/exchanges/cashback, the product must be accompanied by the original product certificate and an original/copied of the invoice.
  • If the customer is unable to produce the original certificate and invoice, the cashback policy will not be honored under any circumstances.
  • Products with any physical damage shall not be considered for any returns/cashback at any cost.
  • The amount of the refund or cashback will be determined by our internal team, which may take 5-7 business days. If a coupon, discount, or promo code is used during the initial purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equal to the coupon, discount, or promo code.
  • In the case of Cashback, payment shall be made by account transfer in the same name as the invoice within 30 days of receipt of the product, certificate, and invoice, subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.
  • Leading Light Jewellery reserves the right to change the product’s exchange/cashback price based on the quality inspection.
  • In the event of an exchange, the customer must pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product prior to shipment.
  • If the product was purchased at a discounted price as part of a promotion, Leading Light Jewellery will only refund the discounted price as stated on the invoice.
  • In case of order cancellation, returns, or refund, payment gateway charges (2%) and applicable GST will be deducted.
